You are responsible for protecting your password and account information:
- Do not disclose any personal account information to anyone (including your ATM PIN, and password). It is best to memorize these items instead of writing them down.
- Never provide sensitive account or personal information in response to an email. If you have given out personal information, call Metro Credit Union immediately at 402-551-3052.
- Change your passwords frequently. When selecting a password never use birth dates, names or other easily guessed words, phrases or numbers.
- Promptly report incidents of unauthorized account access or use by contacting Metro at 402-551-3052.

- Don't be scammed: Metro Credit Union will never send you any e-mail asking for your personal or account information at any time.
Personal Computer Protection
- Keep your computer's operating system and web browser current
- Install a personal firewall
- Refrain downloading programs or files from unknown sources
- Install and regularly update virus protection software
- Install a pop-up blocker from a trustworthy source
- Log-off from the internet when you are not online
- Visit web addresses that you are familiar with
